Back in the old ages Lyon was a blooming centre point for trade. People used to come from everywhere to present and sell there products. Especially the silk made in Lyon was thought of superb quality. Little remains of the silk trade and trades are done in different ways these days. But every year there is a trade fair for public called “Foire du Lyon”. At the end of March people come from around the world to present and sell they’re products. You can find almost anything there. Boats, swimming pools, cars, furnitures, food, decoration, technical products, clothes and much much more. I found many things I didn’t know I needed 🙂

I encourage everyone who has the chance to visit the fair to go there. It’s vibrant and fun. Following photo’s “I” took at the fair but due to “missing fingers syndrome” they unfortunately weren’t more. For more photos just google “foire du Lyon”
